Job summary

Verisma is seeking a Client Operations Manager to oversee the efficient operation of assigned accounts under the Director of Client Operations. This on-site role requires attendance at multiple facilities and involves training, staffing, and providing coverage as needed.

The position focuses on meeting facility revenue goals, handling client inquiries, supervising ROIS staff, and coordinating workflow across sites while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• A valid driver's license and a history of safe driving.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff members and management.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards, required.
• RHIT certification or ROI certification within 90 days is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Meet facility revenue goals on a consistent basis.
• Answer day-to-day questions posed by clients and ROIS.
• Assist in training, staffing, and coverage at various sites.
• Manage scheduling of onsite staff including payroll approval.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client management team.
• Run reports and analyze content to manage operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of information in the facility.
