Job summary

Minority Professional Network, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Client Operations Supervisor for the Virginia-DC region. The role oversees efficient operation of assigned accounts, trains staff, and provides coverage at multiple sites, with emphasis on confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA.

The supervisor will assist in staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluation of ROIS staff, ensuring workflow aligns with client service agreements and facility procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• RHIT certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving history.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff and management.
• Experience with medical records or healthcare beneficial.
• HIPAA privacy standards knowledge required.
• ROIs certification within 90 days if not already achieved.

Responsibilities

• Answer day-to-day questions from clients and ROIS.
• Meet facility revenue goals consistently.
• Identify opportunities to increase productivity.
• Prepare weekly dashboards and month-end reports.
• Train and evaluate ROIS staff onsite and remote.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and terminating employees.
• Coordinate scheduling of onsite staff, including time off and payroll.
