Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and strategic partner for our programs. You will lead daily recruitment activities, align with client objectives, and drive performance against KPIs and SLAs.

This role emphasizes relationship building, thought leadership, and ensuring client satisfaction across accounts. You will price services, grow the program, and coordinate with HR, Operations, and Procurement to deliver value and scale the client’s staffing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and increased responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with key client contacts.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary, and permanent placements.
• Manage recruitment teams in fast-paced environments and hit KPIs/SLAs.
• Develop knowledge of target industries and communicate value proposition.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
