Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale heavy civil construction/mining infrastructure.
• Hands-on construction management experience in active mining with multiple vendors.
• Commitment to safety; MSHA 48B Surface required.
• Experience with construction plans, specs, scope, schedule and cost.
• Strong communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making; proficient in MS Office.
• EPCM or Mine Owner experience in a similar role for at least 2 years.
• Able to walk distances on uneven sites, climb ladders, and work in active environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction oversight and coordination for civil, earthworks, and large concrete elements, ensuring alignment with design and standards.
• Manage contractors and field teams with focus on safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Interface between contractors, engineering, procurement, and project controls to ensure clear communication and risk management.
• Coordinate with design engineers, geotechnical teams, and stakeholders to support constructability and field modifications.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
• Support procurement and field implementation of key materials and systems.
