Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in large-scale heavy civil construction and/or mining infrastructure.
• Demonstrated hands-on construction management in active mining settings with ability to track multiple vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction oversight and coordination for civil, earthworks, and large concrete elements, aligned with design and standards.
• Manage construction contractors and field teams with focus on safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Serve as primary interface between contractors, engineering, procurement, and project controls for efficient communication and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with design engineers, geotechnical teams, and stakeholders to support constructability and field modifications.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
• Support procurement and field implementation of key materials and systems.
• Adhere to company code of conduct and policies in all decisions.
