Job summary

You will charter a vision, guide the continuous improvement roadmap, and lead cross-functional Lean, Six Sigma, and root-cause analyses to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity. This role demands practical change leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or Data Analytics.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Practical knowledge of continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and measure results.
• Ability to design, implement, and sustain processes in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Charter a vision and develop the site's continuous improvement roadmap.
• Spend time on the production floor to observe processes, engage employees, and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Design, implement, and sustain improvement systems and processes.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving.
• Establish KPIs and operating cadences to measure performance and drive results.
