TT Electronics in Ohio is seeking a hands-on Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across the site. You will lead cross‑functional teams, spend time on the shop floor, and implement sustainable improvements that impact safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma expertise, strong data analysis, and the ability to coach teams through Kaizen events and lasting change. This is a 100% onsite position in Greater Cleveland, Ohio.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across functions.
• Practical knowledge of continuous improvement and structured problem‑solving methods like Lean, Six Sigma, root‑cause analysis, Value Stream and process mapping.
• Strong analytical skills with experience collecting, interpreting, and communicating data.
• Ability to design, implement, measure, and sustain processes in a manufacturing environment.

• Charter a vision and guide the site's continuous improvement roadmap.
• Spend meaningful time on the production floor observing processes and identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Design, implement, and sustain improvement systems and processes, building new processes from the ground up when needed.
• Utilize value stream management to identify constraints and drive site‑wide improvements.
• Establish meaningful KPIs and operating cadences to make performance visible and guide decisions.
• Lead cross‑functional improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, root‑cause analysis, and structured problem‑solving.
• Coach teams in continuous improvement and data‑informed decision‑making; facilitate Kaizen events and sustainment.
