Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred; MBA/MS a plus.
• Proven experience deploying CI with measurable impact in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage site CI roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other methodologies.
• Coach site leaders and frontline employees to build CI capability.
• Analyze Lean Maturity Assessments, identify gaps, and implement actions.
• Oversee CI project pipeline, resources, and progress tracking.
• Partner with Site GM and leadership to integrate CI into annual planning.
