Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills across functions.
• Practical knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methods.
• Ability to design, implement, measure, and sustain processes in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Charter a vision and guide the site’s continuous improvement roadmap.
• Spend time on the production floor observing processes and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Establish KPIs and operating cadences to measure sustained results.
• Coach teams in problem-solving and data-informed decision-making.
