TT Electronics is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead operational excellence across the site. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the production floor, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration to build sustainable improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.

The successful candidate will design and sustain CI systems, drive value-stream improvements, and mentor teams in problem-solving and change management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of continuous improvement methods including Lean, Six Sigma, and value-stream mapping.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and on-the-floor leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Charter a vision for site CI and develop a continuous improvement roadmap with leadership.
• Spend meaningful time on the production floor improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Design, implement, and sustain improvement systems and processes; build new processes when needed.
• Utilize value stream management to identify constraints and drive site-wide CI initiatives.
• Establish KPIs and cadences to make performance visible and guide decisions.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and structured problem solving.
• Drive change management to help teams adopt new processes and sustain improvements.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and mentor teams to sustain improvements.
