Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager at the Columbus, OH plant. You will lead lean projects, coach teams, and drive 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and CI initiatives across shifts to提升 quality, delivery, and cost performance.

You will mentor Kaizen champions, build a CI network, and align CI priorities with North America and enterprise strategy while collaborating with plant leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI initiatives and lean projects to improve KPI performance.
• Coach Kaizen event champions and build a CI team network.
• Drive 5S, Visual Management, and standard work across shifts.
• Develop CIP and conduct Value Stream Mapping for future states.
• Partner with plant leadership to align CI priorities with goals.
• Act as change agent for SQDC and shop floor improvements.
