Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO's Masstron Producing Organization in Columbus seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean initiatives across the plant, drive 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping, and mentor a CI team.

The role reports to the Head of Operations, partners with North America and SternDrive, and requires 5+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong communication, and proven change-agent capabilities to sustain CI adoption.

Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, VSM) and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor teams and champion CI programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean tools to drive KPI improvements across the plant.
• Coach Kaizen event champions and build a CI team/network of site-level resources.
• Align CI priorities with plant and enterprise strategies, and sustain CI adoption across shifts.
