Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, process engineering, or CI roles.

• Hands-on, mechanical aptitude and problem-solving in production.

Responsibilities

• Improve processes to increase efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Lead Lean initiatives on the manufacturing floor.
• Perform time studies and line balancing to optimize labor.
• Improve plant layout and material flow to reduce waste.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, BOMs, routings, and documentation.
• Identify and eliminate waste using Lean and 5S.
