VXI Global Solutions seeks a Customer Support Specialist, Chat and Email (Level 2) to deliver exceptional service on-site in Morrow, GA. You will handle inquiries with empathy, resolve issues end-to-end, and help improve the customer journey daily.

The role emphasizes ownership, critical thinking, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations to enhance processes and knowledge resources.

Formación

• 3+ years in Customer Support or related customer-facing role.
• 1+ years informal or shadow leadership experience.
• 1+ years in Trust and Safety.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ownership of customer outcomes and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to complete required certifications for each support queue.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers through e-mail and chat with professionalism and urgency.
• Resolve inquiries from start to finish and leave a positive impression.
• Respond quickly in high-priority situations and navigate issues confidently.
• Identify recurring trends and suggest long-term improvements.
• Contribute to knowledge articles and self-service resources.
• Work with tools, dashboards, and AI-assisted tech to improve efficiency.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering to resolve concerns.
• Communicate issues clearly and provide detailed feedback to teams.

Conocimientos

3+ years in CS / support

1+ years informal/shadow leaders

1+ years in Trust and Safety

Excellent written and verbal comms

Educación

High school diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree preferred
