Responsibilities

• Assist customers via email and chat with professionalism and urgency.
• Resolve inquiries from start to finish ensuring a positive impression.
• Identify trends and suggest long-term improvements to products and processes.
• Contribute to knowledge bases and self-service resources.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues.
