Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or call-center environments, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel and scheduling are not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, call center, account coordination, dispatch, or related experience.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable spending the majority of the day on inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to remain professional and calm during difficult customer interactions.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Stable work history with strong tenure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls
