Aston Carter is seeking a Carrier Relations Support professional to serve as a primary contact for transportation partners in Plymouth, MI. This on-site, high-volume role handles inbound and outbound calls, resolves issues, supports onboarding, and builds long-term relationships to keep service levels strong.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or call-center environments, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel and scheduling are not required.

Carrier Relations Support Opportunity!

On-Site, Monday - Friday -- 9 AM - 6 PM

Seeking a customer-focused professional to serve as a primary point of contact for transportation partners. This is a high-volume phone-based role responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues, supporting onboarding activities, and building strong long-term relationships. The ideal candidate is professional, polished, comfortable managing a large call volume, and capable of working through occasional escalations with frustrated customers or partners

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Assist with onboarding and account setup activities
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support
• Investigate service concerns and communication issues
• Maintain customer and partner records
• Monitor documentation and compliance-related requirements
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships
• Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure service levels are met

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Plymouth, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47000.00 - $49920.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
