Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-through.
• Ability to build relationships and establish trust quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems such as Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to recruit and qualify third-party transportation carriers.
• Guide new carriers through onboarding, setup, credentials, and their initial loads.
• Educate carriers on customer-specific requirements and expectations.
• Assist carriers with website, platform, and login support.
• Handle inbound calls and voicemails from carriers and help resolve questions and service issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party carrier partners.
• Follow up on transportation delays, communication issues, and other service concerns.
• Monitor carrier performance and help address areas that need improvement.
• Work closely with internal logistics and dispatch teams to ensure adequate carrier capacity.
