Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or related field.
• Experience in transportation, logistics or carrier recruitment is a plus.
• Able to build trust and maintain long-term carrier relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard third-party carriers into the Haully network.
• Manage onboarding from first contact through first loads and credentials.
• Guide carriers through the journey, answering questions and clarifying requirements.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and follow through with customers and carriers.
• Monitor carrier performance and maintain relationships to meet demand.
