Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Site Care Coordinator in Dedham, MA to optimize client and provider scheduling and enhance service delivery. This on-site role serves as a consistent point of contact for families, coordinating with site leadership and clinical teams to maintain high standards of care.

You will navigate patient care pathways, monitor progress, and address delays, while using Axon, Smart Scheduling, and Salesforce to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years scheduling experience in ABA services or related field.
• 2+ years in a client services related role.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through care pathways, monitor progress, and address delays and barriers.
• Create scheduling plans to maximize provider utilization while aligning with client needs.
• Collaborate with on-site leadership and clinical teams to ensure timely case assignments and address scheduling concerns.
• Utilize scheduling tools (Axon, Smart Scheduling, Salesforce) and monitor KPIs to drive data-driven improvements.
