Job summary

Alpha, a growing network of campuses, is seeking a Campus Coordinator to own the non‑academic side of the operation. You will ensure safe, efficient campus operations, manage communications with parents and staff, and coordinate facilities, logistics, and on‑site technology at a Boston area campus.

You will play a hands‑on, in‑person role, thriving under pressure and driving confidence in students, families, and staff. Requires 1+ year in a related position and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in office coordination, facilities support, or site operations.
• Strong communication with parents, staff, and vendors.
• Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting and device management.
• Ability to own campus operations and make decisions calmly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication.
• Manage campus safety operations, drills, incidents, and parent updates.
• Oversee daily campus operations including attendance, facilities, transportation, and logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff on campus processes.
• Oversee on-site tech liaison and Google Admin tasks.
