Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field required.
• 1+ year in office coordination or facilities/site operations.
• Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting and device management.
• Strong communication with parents, staff, students, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication.
• Manage campus safety operations including access control, health incidents, drills, and parent communication.
• Oversee daily campus operations like attendance, facilities coordination, transportation, and office logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth campus integration.
• Manage student devices and campus technology; be the on-site tech liaison and Google Administrator.
