Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a hands-on Campus Operations Coordinator to own the operational heartbeat of our campus. This in-person role selects safety, facilities, logistics, and tech administration to ensure a high standard of service for students, staff, and families.

You will coordinate safety drills, resolve device issues, onboard staff, and address parent concerns with calm, clear communication. This is an on-site role across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1+ year in office coordination or facilities operations.
• Strong communication skills with parents, staff, students, and vendors.
• Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting and device management.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication.
• Oversee campus safety operations, access control, drills, documentation, and parent updates.
• Coordinate daily campus operations including attendance, facilities, transport, and office logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration.
• Manage campus devices and technology, acting as on-site liaison and Google Admin.
