Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar.
• Comfort with basic tech troubleshooting and device management.
• Strong communication with parents, staff, students, and vendors.
• Ability to own campus operations and make decisions in a lean environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for parents, students, and staff with clear communication.
• Manage campus safety operations including access control and drills.
• Oversee daily campus operations like attendance, facilities, transportation, and logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff on campus operations.
• Act as on-site tech liaison and Google Administrator for devices and systems.
