Job summary

Alpha is hiring for an on-site Operations Coordinator to keep a high-performing campus running. You will own campus operations, safety, facilities, logistics, and on-site tech administration, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for students, staff, and families.

In this hands-on role, you will coordinate safety drills, manage communications with parents and staff, oversee attendance and transport, and support onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field completed.
• Experience coordinating or supporting campus operations is preferred.
• Strong communication with students, families, and staff on campus.
• Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting and device management.
• Ability to own campus operations and make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication.
• Manage campus safety operations, including access control, drills, and incident documentation.
• Oversee daily campus operations such as attendance, facilities coordination, transportation, and logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration.
• Manage student devices and campus technology as the on-site tech liaison.
