Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Operations Coordinator to own the on-site campus heartbeat, coordinating safety, facilities, logistics, and daily admin with a focus on service excellence. You will be the on-site point of contact for parents, students, and staff, ensuring clear communication and rapid issue resolution.

You’ll manage safety drills, campus operations, and onboarding, while serving as the on-site tech liaison and Google Administrator. This is a hands-on, in-person role across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role.
• Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration.
• Strong communication skills with parents, staff, students, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication.
• Manage campus safety operations, access control, drills, documentation, and parent updates.
• Oversee daily campus operations including attendance, facilities coordination, transportation, and office logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration into campus operations.
• Act as on-site tech liaison and Google Administrator, overseeing devices and accounts.
