Alpha in Boston is seeking a Site Operations Coordinator to manage the operational heartbeat of our campus, ensuring safety, logistics, and effective communication with parents and staff.

You will own access control, health incidents, drills, device management, and onboarding, partnering with campus leadership to deliver a high standard of service on-site. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's and 1+ year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience coordinating office operations, facilities or campus logistics.
• Strong communication with parents, staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication.
• Manage campus safety operations including access control, health incidents, drills, and documentation.
• Oversee daily campus operations such as attendance, facilities coordination, transportation, and office logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration into campus operations.
• Manage student devices and campus technology, acting as on-site tech liaison and Google Administrator.
