Alpha is opening new campuses across America, and this is an in-person Campus Coordinator role at one of our campuses. You will oversee the non-academic side of the campus to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.

This hands-on, on-site position requires calm judgment under pressure, strong communication with parents and staff, and ownership of safety, facilities, logistics, and basic technology management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role.
• Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally.
• Demonstrated comfort building warm, trusted relationships with children and families in an on-campus role.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for parents, students, and staff, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
• Managing campus safety operations, including access control, health incidents, drills, documentation, and parent communication.
• Overseeing daily campus operations such as attendance processes, facilities coordination, transportation, and office logistics.
• Supporting onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration into campus operations.
• Managing student devices and campus technology, acting as the primary on-site tech liaison and Google Administrator.
