Randstad is seeking a Call Center Representative to support the client call center in Harrisburg, PA. The role requires at least 1 year in a call center, with a focus on empathetic, professional service and accurate data handling for customer inquiries.

The position is onsite, with a fixed Monday–Friday schedule and a 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a call center environment.

• Process payments and account updates with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team to meet center goals and document all interactions thoroughly.
• Navigate multiple systems and software simultaneously.
