Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Call Center Representative to support the client call center in Harrisburg, PA. The role requires at least 1 year in a call center, with a focus on empathetic, professional service and accurate data handling for customer inquiries.

As a Call Center Representative, you are the voice of the company. You will handle inbound inquiries regarding account balances, toll charges, and general updates. Location: Harrisburg, PA (Onsite)

Shift:8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (No Weekends!) - Only 8 hours but have different shifts

What We’re Looking For
