Longevity Holdings is seeking a Call Center Representative to provide customer service by answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls, resolving issues, and ensuring customers have a positive experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year related experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Handle about 50 incoming calls per day or 120 outbound calls per day.
• Verbal and written communication with customers.
• Maintain professional phone voice and persona.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Skilled typing.
• Experience or aptitude for call center operations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
