Randstad USA is seeking dynamic, customer-focused individuals to support our client call center in Harrisburg, PA. This onsite role offers $19.00 per hour with a full benefits package and a stable Monday–Friday schedule.

As a Call Center Representative, you will handle inbound inquiries about account balances, toll charges, and updates. Minimum 1 year in a call center, high school diploma, strong listening and empathy, and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a call center environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong active listening, empathy, and professional telephone etiquette.
• onsite position with a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing account-related transactions.
• Handle inbound calls, document interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate multiple systems and software concurrently.
• Maintain accurate records and meet center goals.
