Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Call Center Representative for our client call center in Harrisburg, PA. This onsite role requires at least 1 year of experience with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule.

You will handle inbound inquiries about balances, tolls, and updates, delivering courteous service to customers. The position offers $19.00/hour with weekly pay, a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k), paid holiday pay and PTO, and a stable onsite team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a call center environment.

As a Call Center Representative, you are the voice of the company. You will handle inbound inquiries regarding account balances, toll charges, and general updates. Location: Harrisburg, PA (Onsite)

Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (No Weekends!) - Only 8 hours but have different shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceptional Service: Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
