Randstad USA is seeking dynamic, customer-focused individuals to support our client call center in Harrisburg, PA. This onsite role offers $19.00 per hour with a full benefits package and a stable Monday–Friday schedule.

As a Call Center Representative, you will handle inbound inquiries about account balances, toll charges, and updates. Minimum 1 year in a call center, high school diploma, strong listening and empathy, and reliable attendance are required.

As a Call Center Representative, you are the voice of the company. You will handle inbound inquiries regarding account balances, toll charges, and general updates.

Location: Harrisburg, PA (Onsite)

Shift: 9:00 AM — 6:00 PM (No Weekends!)

What We're Looking For
