Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Call Center Representative for our client call center in Harrisburg, PA. This onsite role requires at least 1 year of experience with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule.

You will handle inbound inquiries about balances, tolls, and updates, delivering courteous service to customers. The position offers $19.00/hour with weekly pay, a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k), paid holiday pay and PTO, and a stable onsite team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a call center environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong active listening, empathy, and professional telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding account balances, toll charges, and updates.
• Process payments and update accounts with accuracy.
• Collaborate with team to meet center goals and document interactions.
• Navigate multiple systems and software during calls.
