Clark Resources is hiring for an inbound call center role based in Harrisburg, PA. The position involves managing a high volume of inbound calls from existing customers, addressing inquiries related to the program, and troubleshooting issues with their online portal.

Comprehensive training and a nesting period will be provided, along with ongoing refreshers to ensure familiarity with evolving processes. The role requires a willingness to work a 9-hour shift within the hours of 6:00 am to 9:00 pm

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities
