Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail or Flagship Tax Experts to provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities on-site. You will combine tax advisory services with software support, helping clients maximize refunds and plan for the future.

You’ll own the client relationship, deliver tax strategy, and collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to ensure a seamless experience. Local community engagement is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065/1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with at least 30 returns per year.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax preparation for individual and business clients including planning and advisory services.
• Serve as primary contact and owner of client relationships, delivering tax strategy and preparation.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to support client needs.
• Assist with local marketing and community engagement to grow TurboTax client base.
