Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail/Flagship Tax Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations nationwide, delivering full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities.

You will become the trusted advisor, owning client relationships, and offering tax strategy and planning in plain language. You will collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists, grow the local client base, and leverage Intuit resources to provide end-to-end support while building a thriving community

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax preparation for federal/state returns.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep, 30+ returns per year.
• Bookkeeping knowledge; QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred.
• Experience with business tax returns and year-round guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Develop relationships and cross-sell bookkeeping/payroll and other Intuit services.
• Deliver proactive tax planning and year-round guidance to clients.
• Represent TurboTax locally through community engagement and marketing support.
