Zusammenfassung

Intuit is hiring year-round Business Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide comprehensive tax preparation for individuals and business entities, offering proactive guidance and planning alongside software support.

As the primary client contact, you will own relationships, deliver year-round tax strategy, and collaborate with bookkeeping specialists when needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of recent business tax return preparation (1065/1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience (≥30 returns/year) in a tax practice or retail setting.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience advising small businesses on tax strategy and planning.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by understanding clients’ financial picture and guiding them to complementary services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and engage with new prospects to grow the client base.
• Lead with TurboTax in local marketing efforts to make taxes accessible to the community.
