Job summary

Intuit is hiring on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship Tax Experts to serve customers in our local communities. You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, advise on deductions and planning, and coordinate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to deliver a seamless experience.

You’ll grow the client base with marketing support while acting as the trusted local advisor.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with knowledge of federal/state returns (1065/1120-S) for multiple clients.
• Experience in providing year-round tax guidance and client engagement beyond filing.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax software CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Develop client relationships, uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and offer future planning advice.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping and payroll colleagues to deliver comprehensive services and ensure seamless client experience.
