Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail/Flagship Tax Experts to join onsite teams across the United States. You will handle full-service tax prep for individuals and business entities, deliver personalized guidance, and act as the trusted advisor for your clients.

You’ll work with a team of specialists in bookkeeping and payroll to provide seamless, end-to-end service while expanding local client relationships and participating in local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 returns per tax year.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax rules for individuals and small businesses.
• Bookkeeping familiarity; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Grow the TurboTax client base through proactive community engagement and cross-services.
• Help clients with planning, deductions, and long-term financial guidance.
