Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts. You will provide hands-on tax preparation for consumer and business clients and act as the trusted advisor for their financial needs.

You’ll work onsite, build relationships with customers, and grow TurboTax’s presence in your community through proactive outreach and cross-service referrals, with full access to Intuit resources and support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal and state business tax returns experience for at least 20 clients per season with compensation.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience with at least 30 returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience advising on business tax returns and year-round tax guidance for small businesses.
• Capable of obtaining state licenses, certificates, or bonds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients (consumer and business).
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize liabilities.
• Develop deep understanding of clients’ full financial picture and align Intuit solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and cross-sell bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences both in-person and via Intuit tools.
