Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States as dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts.

You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and various business entities, acting as the primary contact for clients and delivering tax strategy and preparation services on-site at a TurboTax store. You will collaborate with bookkeeping specialists when needed and engage with the local community to grow

Qualifications

• 3+ tax seasons experience preparing federal and state returns (1065/1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• Minimum of 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with at least 30 returns per year.
• General bookkeeping knowledge is required; upskilling to QuickBooks ProAdvisor is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s financial picture to offer tax strategy and planning.
• Serve as central relationship owner ensuring a seamless experience across services.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through community engagement and marketing support.
