Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation for consumer and business clients, advise on deductions, and deliver proactive tax planning in a fast-paced, front-facing retail environment. You will own client relationships, collaborate with a team of bookkeeping specialists, and act as a local TurboTax ambassador to grow the customer base through

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal and state business tax return preparation for at least 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with 30 returns per year in a tax practice or retail setting.
• General bookkeeping knowledge; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience preparing business tax returns and providing year-round tax guidance for small businesses.
• State licenses/certificates, permits, or bonds as required.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Develop deep understanding of clients’ financial picture and recommend Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, tax planning).
• Build lasting relationships as the primary point of contact and ensure a seamless service experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in-person and via Intuit tools, guiding clients through tax-related challenges.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and grow the client base through outreach.
