Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as on-site Business Tax Experts, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance to consumers and small businesses.

You will own client relationships, collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists when needed, and grow local client bases through community engagement and marketing support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent business tax return experience (1065/1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season using commercial software.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with a minimum of 30 returns per year in a tax practice or retail setting.
• Familiarity with Circular 230; willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients (consumer and business).
• Develop deep understandings of clients' financial pictures and offer tax planning guidance.
• Grow local client base and cross-sell services with TurboTax marketing support.
• Act as a community ambassador and represent TurboTax in local events.
