Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver expert tax preparation, client relationships, and proactive guidance in a front-facing retail environment.

You will leverage Intuit resources and collaborate with bookkeeping specialists to offer comprehensive services, including planning, payroll, and related advisory support in the local community.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws (3+ seasons for individuals and 3+ for businesses).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial picture and offer tax planning and guidance.
• Build long-term relationships and expand services like bookkeeping and payroll.
