Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts. You will perform full-service tax preparation for individuals and small businesses, offering expert tax advice, planning, and software support in a friendly, in-person setting.

You will own client relationships as their dedicated TurboTax Expert, helping with tax strategy, planning, and cross-selling services like bookkeeping and payroll while building a local

Qualifications

3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns for at least 20 clients per season using commercial tax prep software.
3 seasons of personal tax prep experience, with ~30 returns per year, in a tax practice or retail setting.
Knowledge of bookkeeping; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
Build relationships with clients through tax engagements and reviews, offering tax planning and guidance.
Collaborate with bookkeeping/payroll specialists to deliver a seamless, full-service experience.
