Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States as year-round Business Tax Experts. You will provide full-service tax preparation for consumers and business entities and act as the primary advisor to each client onsite.

You’ll collaborate with a specialist team for bookkeeping and payroll, grow the local TurboTax client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065/1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with 30 returns per tax year.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and bookkeeping knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete returns for consumer and business clients.
• Advise on deductions, planning, and use of Intuit products.
• Serve as primary contact and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping/payroll specialists as needed.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
