Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, while building lasting client relationships and growing TurboTax’s local presence. You’ll work as a central advisor, offering tax strategy, planning, and software support, with a team behind you for bookkeeping and payroll needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax preparation experience for clients.
• Experience preparing federal and state returns for individuals and businesses.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and QuickBooks ProAdvisor is a plus.
• Knowledge of tax laws and Circular 230.
• Able to work onsite in a retail environment, weekends included.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumers and small businesses.
• Offer tax planning guidance and leverage Intuit resources to tailor solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as their tax advocate.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists when needed to support clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a retail TurboTax environment.
