Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated Tax Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, act as the primary contact for clients, and expand local client bases with support from TurboTax marketing and software tools. You will collaborate with bookkeeping specialists as needed, offering personalized, proactive tax guidance and ensuring a seamless client experience across services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent business tax return preparation for clients.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation, with about 30 returns per year.
• General bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with business tax returns (1065/1120-S) preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain relevant state licenses or permits.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax prep for consumer and business clients.
• Deliver tax planning advice and proactive guidance alongside preparation work.
• Build relationships with clients and act as their central tax advisor.
• Promote additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and drive client growth.
